Ann: Proposed issue of Securities - PNN, page-3

I did put in a complaint to ASX/ASIC about 2 years ago on how RHK runs this company and milks the system by doing small CRs which are within the 10% and 15% listing rule, but ASX claimed all is above board and they didn’t do anything about it. ASX/ASIC are spineless and they don’t take any preventative action before it is too late and company goes bust which is where PNN is headed. People like RHK give a bad name to the title “Director”. ASIC really need to take action against people like RHK as it is so obvious on the games she plays and pulls the wool over shareholders eyes!!!!
