Unfortunately this practice is very common among penny stocks. The big boys always get bigger share for half the price, and the retail investors always get stomped. I am actually surprised the dilution is only 10%, not 15% -- the maximum they can do without voting. It seems at hindsight to me that POD isn't good enough for them to be too greedy in dipping in. But at least, I should cherish the fact that POD is in their shopping list.
