They been caught by the market fall, so they going to drop a 22 cent rights issue on shareholders who's shares are down significantly . This was trading over 50 cents before the wrought . They expect shareholder to fund their salaries , no matter how bad the market turns . Is it throwing good money after bad ? Who knows , but they need a plan for survival, rather than just a plea for more money .
