Pretty sure it's what happens when you give a bunch of shares to punters who have zero interest in your company - sell everything they can for a quick $ and when it gets down to around the issue price and they puke.
20 million in one swoop was interesting. got a few in at 10.5 - cheaper than the SPP! (that's looking a bit unattractive all of a sudden)
