Speaking of educating one's self: Fear not, Chicken Little, the sky is not falling. The placement (where the real money was) was oversubscribed. This has already been spoon-fed to you by @Jordan, so why refuse to eat?
Given the additional $2m oversubscription (up from $20m to $22m) in the placement, who on earth cares what the $3m retail pacifier (SPP) does.
So much pointless hand-wringing about ST SP gyrations. If you're a serious LTer, seek enwhitenment and embrace the ebb and flow.
