"The options are the same class as those previously announced and issued to Directors and Senior Management in lieu of fees. The options have an exercise price of $0.11 and an expiration date of 31 December 2023, and will only vest where the volume weighted average price of the company's shares over a 20 consecutive trading day period is in excess of A$0.20"
