The shares go to the vendor of the Western Shaw lithium project as part payment to aquire the project only if the due diligence for lithium\iron by QXR turns up a positive though right?

They gave 12 mil shares at 0.012 to Redstone as part payment to aquire the Turner River lithium project upon discovery of pegmatites there...

They are sitting well finacially and have a flawless balance sheet according to simply wall st:

So, this way of exchanging shares for the aquisition of prospecting projects and giving the vendor a stake in their company at a discounted rate works out well for both sides of the deal.
