    All of the above is correct, however as I stated the other day. 40,000,000 compared with 20,000,000 is big difference in the number of shares. My comments were to do with heavy discount and dilution. If QXR exercise the deal (only then are the new shares issued) and the share price appreciates nicely from here, then there was no need for the heavy discount. That is the point.
