& you couldn’t have read the announcement or if you did you didn’t understand it because what you said “…at DCI’s election” was factually incorrect. The use of the ATM is entirely at QXR’s discretion

as for setting a floor price in advance? We are in a free market so the floor is whatever it will be at the time (if & when) QX decides to use the ATM

I copied and pasted from the first page of QXR's announcement on the 10th of October titled "The ATM provides, at DCI’s election, QX with up to $3,000,000 of standby equity capital over 24 months". It is on the first page. -below

Please tell me how I didn't read it and I am wrong???
