There is nothing to debate - issuing more shares = dilution. Always has & always will. That would be investing 101. I did say the dilution may not be so bad if the shares were issued at a higher price. So perhaps I did enter the debate in a round about sort of way - you can be the judge of that

& you couldn’t have read the announcement or if you did you didn’t understand it because what you said “…at DCI’s election” was factually incorrect. The use of the ATM is entirely at QXR’s discretion

as for setting a floor price in advance? We are in a free market so the floor is whatever it will be at the time (if & when) QX decides to use the ATM
