Agree on the de-risking, but it comes at a cost to the existing market cap. Nearly 20% discount + 50% in free options....the options are subject to SH approval. I'm surprised there was no SPP for existing holders.
I didn't see any details disclosed on the options, like exercise price, dates, etc. Is this meant to be disclosed or have I missed something/not understood the details provided? Any insights on this would be appreciated.
