The announcement in part states:

“Approximately 52,142,857 shares based on the closing price on the 23/6/2023 however the issue to Welcome at completion is the number of ordinary shares to $365,000 in fully paid ordinary shares of Raiden based on the 20 day VWAP immediately following execution of the agreement.”

I have checked with the Company and the 52,142,857 is only an estimate based on the share price of 0.7c as at 23/6/2023.
The consideration of 0.365c shown in the announcement is also only an estimate and based on the 20 day VWAP prior to the Trading Halt.
The 20 day VWAP that determines how many shares will need to be issued in part payment commenced from when we announced the agreement and came out of the TH.
For example if the 20 day VWAP running now comes out at 0.1c Raiden will only need to issue 36,500,000 shares to Welcome and not the 52,142,857 as shown.

This was a brilliant move by Raiden IMO and allows for the upside we have seen in the SP post the announcement.
