I just don't get Jeremy and the Boards reasoning. Let me clarify
1) lets do a raise to our mates at 10 cents
2) These mates will then dump as soon as they can to make a quick profit
3) which will hold down the share price from where it would be otherwise
4) that then P#sses off existing loyal shareholders because the pump and dump boys are looked after.
Any board that thinks that is fair are not looking after their shareholders interests
