I rang up and asked when the Gen3 batteries would be available as a residential customer through one of their third party suppliers. I was told March 2022. In the meantime they said they'd be making the ZBM2 battteries pricing closer to the expected ZBM3 prices (I don't know what either are btw). Presumably this is because they want to sell all or as many of their ZBM2s before the new version.
I made this enquiry because I am actually looking to install a redflow system on my farm. It had nothing to do with any SP predictions, however I thought sharing the info may help.
I like Redflow's potential and am considering taking a position at some point in the future if I have some money to invest
