Uh no! FOB will force anyone with any sort of bleed into a colonoscopy. Capture rate for actual CRC following this is around 5%. So 95 % is a waste of time. The false positive for FOB is bullshit high given bleeding can come from numerous other sources, diverticulitis, hemorrhoids ect. A negative for Colostat means NO COLONOSCOPY. Its a huge saving.
