Looks good to me. Underwritten by OB, which is a significant commitment. Fair with all investors treated equally. It's for a decent amount too, which is necessary.

I'm very confident the Board has the capacity and motivation to use the funds raised to achieve the goals, primarily IVDR approval, and then TGA.

Fundamentally, this pathway is the best way forwards. Major investors will view the raising favourably.

The funds with be used for a US manufacturing organisation, which I assume will be far better that the Aussie versions. They also have a blueprint for the data required (from the TGA 'more information' request).

The science is brilliant, and well proven, no question. Unlike DNA tests, it's ideal cheap, simple, automated and ideal for mass population screening. There is still nothing else comparable.
