This is one of the issues with giving free options during a CR. In this case where the SP has increased significantly, anyone exercising their options are basically giving RNU only 2 cents per share where if the option trading price is say 14 cents, the other 12 cents has gone into a holders pocket as profit instead of going to RNU to provide future funding...

With some luck a binding contract includes some funding and remaining funds are from debt with only a small CR to minimise dilution of current holders.
I'm actually surprised that they even have to announce this as its only for 100,000 shares which is nothing...
