we were warning everyone for 18 months something wasnt rite, money was just flying out the doors at an unreal rate.
so after alot of investigation over 12 months several other companies that same 2 directors ran all went into administration. To cut story short, i started a website, facebook, and twitter pages for about 9 months cmy went into admin.
12 months later both directors charged for stealing cmy money and are currently still before courts on criminal charges, both have been banned from being a director for several years. Plenty of news articles, can recall both the dogs too, peter talbot and peter torney.

Hi Chugchug

I see a number of issue’s mentioned in this forum with RR1 that go back a long way and I wonder if RR1 actually received anything of value in regards the $1.8M investment in REEgenerate Pty Ltd / REEcycle Inc. There is a lot of issues talked about here but so far it seems there is no interest from other shareholders in calling a SECT 249D meeting to resolve matters.
