Overall I think the strategy to acquire a complimentary and synergistic technology is a smart one for RSH, providing a complete monitoring solution for asthma patients and adding further diversification to the portfolio.
What is puzzling me is how does ADR conduct a capital raise that is larger than the company's current market cap ?
So investors are giving the Board more money than what the market says the company is worth today ?
Can anybody explain that for me?
