    The conversion of 7 ADRs for 1 RSH doesn’t occur at 2.25c or any other price- it just happens. Your 7 ADRs become 1 RSH.

    Based on the current price of RSH, that’s 12.5c/7 = 1.785c worth of value to an ADR holder who accepts the deal. You can go on all you like about 30 day VWAPs etc but that is irrelevant.

    When you buy or sell a stock do you make the decision based on the historical 30 day VWAP or the current price?
