Anyway, there are synergies to be had, ADR has spent a lot of money since it floated at 50c in about 2015 and I think if they joined RSH, I think they will achieve a lot more.
I honestly think the major shareholders of ADR would be crazy not to want to be part of the RSH journey ... RSH has a physiological measure (ie measuring breath sounds being wheeze) so they qualify the US reimbursement codes - but ADR currently doesn’t and may need to spend $20m to have a shot at it - or - if they join RSH they can enter the market from day one.
but rest assured that ADR isn’t the only smart inhaler tech that RSH could partner with. So if the ADR deal doesn’t work, they won’t die wondering and move on.
These guys mean business and are here to build a meaningful company in the respiratory space that itself will, I believe, be taken over from one of the multi billion dollar health care companies.
So either way, people need to realise RSH is going places

Interesting timing, I’m sure he has done his homework and will push the ADR directors to take the deal. I’m sure they go in for something like this deal by RSH and not to be stuck in ADR for the next 3-5yrs and hope they can have a product that can get reimbursement in the US... those here who have done their homework will undoubtably already seen this angle...
