Funny is how much the bid value both RSH and ADR and why would you want to bid on a company which is only value at $14M and give the buyers who took up 1B shares (100% increase in the O/S) CR an instant 50% profit and announce this after an extremely poor quarterly....coincidence???? Alarm bells ringing with the extremely poor uptake I say......pps will drop to 10c whether ADR except the bid or not IMO.
