IMO the uptake isn't as good for wheezo so the directors are looking to expand their product portfolio (they do have 100M options and I think these are performance based and the "bid" did occur after the extremely poor quarterly was released.....maybe maybe not). And RSH is merging with a company which has a MC of $14M.....
