Here we go again...standard line for AlCP to roll out some mention that Spirometry is the gold standard line. not sure he even knows how it works in the context of an asthmatic consultation with GP, diagnosis etc. interesting that the gold standard has limited use (I.e can’t be used by children) ...whereas wheezo has no limitations. Time for a new gold standard that has no limitations.
