    Can anyone correct me if I am wrong or explain what is happening if I'm right?
    According to Hotcopper's page for ADR they have a market cap of 13.59 million which equates to approx 850million shares @1.6cents. 850million divided by 7 equals approx 121 million RSH shares. This document wants to issue 349 million new RSH shares. That is a value of over $43 million

    Cheers in advance if someone can explain this
