Well again positive.
SAS are issuing the shares and options which means SAS the listed entity is remaining and operating on the ASX.

My fear from todays first announcement would be the creation of a new company and burning us long suffering holders but that now no longer seems to be the case.

Had stocks die before, currently in 5 class actions. But never been in a stock that has risen from the dead.
