Ann: Proposed issue of securities - SBR, page-40

Was mainly referring to their actions on GED, where they are doing a cap raise at all time lows for 1.9 mill, when they supposedly have 7.4 million in cash, which is a similar situation here with SBR. Similar situation with the exact same people behind the scenes.

Its not only many directors here, you have the same CEO for both SBR and GED, same CFO, and then directors. Obviously with the same CEO you cant say your CEO is 100% focused on this company.

So was curious to see how much they pay themselves, and not being able to get this info, it being hidden behind Corporate Resource Services Pty Ltd is a red flag.

A lot of similarities here with GED, a company with supposedly cash in bank, but yet operating close to this cash balance, and both doing cap raises all time lows.
