Ann: Proposed issue of Securities - SCU, page-24

Please excuse my ignorance. But this was not attached to the Ann. I believe it should have been. Do we have to go round searching for this? Can you please tell me where you obtained this from as the information is very pertinent and makes the Ann look far more fair than what was posted here. People, myself included can jump to the wrong conclusions. I can now say with confidence that they are exactly on the right track with these options. Others have also screeched......greed. Where this is clearly not the case it is purely incentive which is great.
