Reg options question - Nah! I ignore the "estimate of the AUD equivalent" price of these options mate. It's implied value of the options based on Black-Scholes method (more info in the AGM notice). As these are unlisted options, we can't say they are of no value, and this model is one way to "estimate" the $ value of these options.

I look at the exercise price only, because the option holder should pay this to the company to convert the option to a normal share...if that doesn't happen, the option is as useless as a tissue paper! So, overall these options are not that bad...but I don't like them being issued left right and center as they still contribute to the fully diluted value of the company and muddy the register. Hope that makes sense.
