This a very passive and defeatist attitude. It's the sort of mindset that allows management to get away with what they've been doing.
While I agree impotent rage is pointless and counter-productive, there's actually plenty we can do as shareholders to create positive change:
1. Contact the Chair and voice your concerns
2. Vote against the resolutions and advocate for others to do the same
3. Monitor for evidence of disclosure and regulatory breaches, and refer these to the ASIC/ASX for investigation
