Sigh, I'm usually an eternal optimist on SFG but this CR is tough. Why do they have to offer it at $0.03? A 20%+ discount on the already crashed share price? Why not try and secure at least some long term, low interest debt along with the CR? What the hell has GFI been doing? I will be seeking an update from Harley.

It's tough times across the ASX and if this keeps the dream alive, so be it, but it's difficult to digest. After 5+ years I've been a holder of this stock and they can't secure any funding other than a capital raise or a Trahar debt for equity arrangement, what hope do they have of securing hundreds of millions for PSD.
