Not sure why you reference a gravy train. This issue of shares is in part payment for the purchase, by SIG, of Chemist Warehouse. Was all spelt out in the documentation provided to SIG shareholders during the reverse takeover. If you've become a SIG holder since the deal was approved and not aware of the foregoing, then where was due diligence? Otherwise, it pays to read the documentation provided. Cheers.
