The delay in funds coming in due to the Arna dispute is a fair reason, but it is also a little misleading when KPrX were always going to get back in and the CEO is now seemingly using the Arna reason almost as a cover up for getting a director's company in at a cheaper price. Doesn't quite add up does it.
