    OK, to put into context, they paid out (in shares ) the amount owed of $37,500.00 in shares at a MAJOR discount (0.003)

    TA gone to crap IMO

    Now Crap investor, I think the price just dropped below .004. Do the maths....

    I am aghast at what this means overall
