yes, totally bitter, but not just this but in general on how this is allowed and continually allowed to happen. Look, going forward I am certainly upbeat on our prospects and obviously we need to raise capital, all companies do, but to raise as early as they have when a decent raise could have been done later with less dilution is my beef, but now to see that the Directors are participating at the discount really gets me going, makes it look to me that it was their main reason for going early, the related parties is another sticking point. Usually this type of raise is done instead of a SPP because of time and cash restraints. Would not have been the case here, I’m sure a few shareholders would have loved to participate instead of the “chosen ones”
