I think this is as good an outcome as could be hoped at this juncture.
The funds for MRE is particularly strategic for STM right now.
At the Gold Coast RRS, Duffy said "...we are in active discussions to bring in a partner for our El Palmar deposit" (@11:25 mark of the recording). Access to funds to get an MRE on El Palmar is essential in order to get a half decent deal. Clear potential for this raise to add some solid value to the share price from here and that we will see outcomes before Christmas.
