I hope Mal and Duffman are reading the room!
They better not propose more frigging freebies for themselves as “incentives” after the train wreck that they supervised on full pay for the last 4 years!
If they try it on, we should ensure a very large NO vote.
All of them have had heaps of incentives that lapsed because they did not deliver for shareholders.
It is time for some humility not the time for taking advantage of a low share price.
If the hurdles were high enough, I would probably relent on my opposition, but I would suggest shares at 5c inside 12 months as the criteria!
