Linda Cook , a highly regarded manager in oil and gas offered an 11 billion cash for STO just on 5 years ago.
STO was a bit of a basket case back then and was laden with debt which many thought would eventually sink the ship
(excuse the pun), However the ship stayed afloat, even more ships were floated to carry the ever growing demand for LNG, the debt is now not a consideration as the cash flow being generated by high sales volumes into Asia at OFTEN spot prices have more than compensated for the debt. Remember with out the debt the company would have gone backwards anyway. Now the merger has been completed the company is valued around the 22 billion.

My point is : STO may well be back at 7 bucks within 14 days.
Once it gets to and holds 7 in the short term it will then shoot the lights out given nothing arrives from left field.

At this point now it is simply a waiting game.
The big dollars from big instos will arrive on the door step soon enough.

Sentiment needs to change a little more in the Northern Hemisphere.
A long cold winter will do that.
There are still many people thinking Hydrogen ,Solar and Wind will warm Europe Asia and the US.
They are correct , it will , but not in our life times.
