the $4.20 is a value to be used for accounting purposes to represent consideration based on the number of OSH shares.
it’s be interesting to see if they include any goodwill in the deal. The PNG LNG will be on the OSH balance sheet at historical cost & will be revalued as part of the acquisition process.
