$100k dilution - could be a good thing. To give an exaggerated example - in the case of them paying out the cash, then running low on cash and being forced to raise, it would likely be at a discount, and with fees attached. This doesn't seem to be a discount.
It's relatively small, and not a negative (unless the $100k charged was overpriced).
Anybody worried about the 0.2% dilution (as opposed to them paying out 1% of the cash balance), can add 0.2% to their holding to offset it, but the lack of cash outflow practically makes up for it anyway.
