Aren't those the shares they have been holding onto from the loan facilty and if so then they are freebies to be given out to the trough munchers for running this company into the sewers like they have with every other company they have been involved with, and if thats right then they are not paying for anything just gorging themselves at retail holders expense and there's those board luvers who think they the Sesame Street Gang should be rewarded for their disgraceful decisions in putting this company into the position it is in, then have the audacity to take free shares for their incompetence...go figure.
One only has to look back at the time when whiskas and Co started telling all an sundry how good it was that we had Piedmont to save us and now we have a proposed merge to vote on but we already had 230million in the bank way back then and a loan facilty for around 190million so in total over 400million before the Sesame Street Gang started on the road to destroying the value of this company and now we have to save the leech mob just so the trough munchers can continue getting freebies and emptying the pockets of retail in the process.
