I had a quick look at Evolution Capital's website They seem to focus on business sales and state they are 'the best in the market in preparing businesses for due diligence' It can only be good thing to get a professional firm involved in helping management present the business more professionally whether that be for for debt restructuring, additional institutional investors or a potential sale. I am hoping as a by product of this process, they sort the reporting by reducing the quantity and increasing the quality and timeliness, which can only be a good thing for everyone. For example Terracom issuing a single monthly/quarterly report, not spread out over 2 or 3 updates.
