I think we are all hoping for that, and I'd be open to a placement of upto $50m, potentially including options to ensure that the discount is limited to pay off more.
With our current shareholding our EV is effectively around 59c, but with debt at $300m it reduces our MC to 19c. Clearly there is value in the current business but the debt is a weighing issue on the company.
I'm in disagreement with you over Craig, personally his record does not provide for a salary of $800k and essentially a LAFHA of $400k (which is a joke by the way, he chooses not to live in Australia, why should shareholders pay for that choice) and would prefer if we had someone more independent as chairman.
Both issues for me, will release additional value to shareholders if resolved.
