This is indeed an interesting strategy. We 'paid' $210k for the equipment next door to the landlord. I hope it is a set of substantial equipment. On top of the rosy picture, we convinced the debt provider for $4m amidst a pandemic, we successfully convinced a greedy landlord(assuming all landlords are greedy, am I right?)? We must have a really good plan that the management is not in the position to share to the public.

Can anyone share some local knowledge of what next door is?
