The shares will be issued as a result of a private land access and acquisition agreement relating to the development of the
Vittangi Anode Project in Sweden.
So a landholder has sufficient confidence in the future of TLG to accept an easement on part of their land and sell another part of their land in exchange for shares to be held in escrow for 12 months.
Am I reading this right ?
