Correct. No cash consideration was given so it was selling the land in exchange for shares. Definitely a big vote of confidence. This makes me things are happening behind the scenes with the concession permits.
I'm not sure what to make of this second announcement though. The cleansing notice said 270,000 shares but this says 210,000 shares. Is this in addition to the 270,000 shares?
