Regarding Bullion FX listing.
Reading between the lines I think TNR's stake is almost seed investor levels. I think we could well find that the IPO is at 50 cents plus, so that would trigger the payment clause. The advisor shares are bonus. In reality TNR could get its shares at an average of 6.7 cents!
