figure 1 makes me think that they may increase the options on offer if over subbed, but figure 3 sort of implies that 347M is the limit regardless.

Villa, what makes you think that shares as of Rec date are not all equal?

The problem is they state exercising now you lower conversion cost because the 3.5c option.

The enticement to act.

Now if people do act and do not get the option, they do not get the claimed benefit. Reason they acted.

False pretence.

I doubt all will be converted so no prob.

But that claim does lock tnr in, that each option holder that converts gets the 3.5c option if they apply for it.
