I've emailed Peretz asking about the new options not been enough...

I've emailed Peretz asking about the new options not been enough if people exercise TNRO options and all current heads take up the new options.
His reply
"
If you convert your TNRO options, you will be able to take up your full entitlement of the new series of options.

Basically, we will increase the amount of the new options available pro rata with the amount of shares that are on the registry at the record date.
