The 347,754,860 max Ops to be issued, are only 40% of the ordinary shares out there, so it seems like they do not take in account any options that may be exercised. Given the gift that they are at 0.1c, could it be that they are over subbed, if and when some exercise existing options, so as to be eligible? Any experienced opinions welcomed
